Bendtner Jumps Out The Closed Window!

Finally, the summer transfer window closes with something to smile about for all gunners: board, technical crew, players and fans.

All season, Wenger was able to sign 1 established player: Gervinho (n.b: Jenkinson, Chamberlain are not established + Ryo was a gunner before and not fully established).


But then,in the last 2 days of transfer window,  Wenger righted his wrongs, or do I say proved his critics wrong, by signing 5 'stars'. Can't remember when last Arsenal did that... i'll just have to assume that Wenger afterall has been eavesdropping and peeping into the tweets and comments of the gunners all around the world. Great as the Professor may be, he couldn't be greater than the club and he did pretty well to sign 5 good players viz:




Park Chu Young





Andre Santos






Per Mertesacker





Yossi Benayoun





and last but never the least of the list;





Mikel Arteta.


My main plot for this post is actually our self-acclaimed world-best.Even without the name,you know who. I have always been somewhat glad he was still at Arsenal until yesterday when i heard this news he was leaving us for that rugby-playing side at Stoke-on-Trent then later in the eve,deal closed. GOOD! And again,his story rose like flames off a charred wood,but this time he had a season-long loan to play at the Stadium of Light.The lights there should be enough illumination for him to see how to become a true world-best material. And if he happens to come back,i hope he's what he claims already and does his thing for we. :)
